Job Summary
Conduct outreach to warm leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations to build genuine relationships and book consultations. Help prospects choose the right membership based on their goals while tracking activity and managing the pipeline inside our CRM. Follow up consistently so no lead falls through the cracks and work alongside the marketing team to provide feedback and improve messaging. This role offers 20–30 hours per week with a hybrid schedule after training, located at 605 Seventh Avenue, New Westminster. Compensation includes $23–$30/hour plus commission, paid time off, and a complimentary membership. We invest heavily in training sales and communication skills for those who are curious, driven, and genuinely care about helping people change their lives.
Required Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or membership-based businesses
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with new people
- Excellent written communication
- Comfortable learning new software and using a CRM
- Reliable, coachable, and consistent
- Available to work evenings and weekends when needed
- You live an active, healthy lifestyle
