Job Summary
Engage every customer with world-class service to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business. Execute club fittings using Trackman, Sam Putt Lab, and USchedule technology to select optimal equipment tailored to individual performance goals. Achieve key performance indicators including sales targets, sales per hour, and booking percentages while proactively growing the client base. Maintain a fully booked schedule and ensure the STUDIO area remains visually appealing and operational by managing merchandise standards for simulators, components drawers, and putting greens. Assist with front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, and loyalty program awards, while accurately entering custom club orders and documenting specifications. Provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational opportunities and stay updated on promotions to maintain a strong merchandising presence. Maintain in-depth product knowledge of golf clubs and demonstrate ethical conduct and safety compliance across all departments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate cross-functionally
- Must possess basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- Must demonstrate strong self-accountability and a proactive drive for results
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience preferred
- Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building is highly preferred
