Job Summary
Engage every customer with world-class service to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business. Execute club fittings using Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and USchedule technology to select optimal shafts, grips, and specifications tailored to individual performance goals. Achieve key performance indicators including sales targets, sales per hour, and booking percentages while proactively growing the client base. Maintain front-end operations by managing returns, exchanges, loyalty program awards, and promotions, ensuring the STUDIO area remains visually appealing and fully stocked. Accurately enter custom club orders and provide consistent feedback to the Sales and Service Manager on operational opportunities. Maintain a brand-agnostic approach focused solely on the best equipment for each customer's unique needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate cross-functionally
- Must possess basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- Must demonstrate strong self-accountability and a proactive drive for results
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience preferred
- Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building is highly preferred
