Job Summary
Engage every customer with world-class service, building lasting relationships to drive repeat business and maximize revenue. Execute club fittings using technology like Trackman and SAM Putt Lab to select optimal equipment tailored to individual performance goals. Maintain a fully booked schedule by proactively growing the client base while achieving key performance indicators including sales targets and booking percentages. Manage front-end operations such as returns, exchanges, and loyalty program awards, ensuring the STUDIO area remains visually appealing and operational. Provide consistent feedback to leadership on merchandising opportunities and maintain in-depth product knowledge across all golf club brands.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder
- Must be able to move throughout the store
- Must be able to lift a 30 lb. box overhead
- Must be able to maintain flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must possess strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate cross-functionally
- Must possess basic computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to organize multiple priorities to meet deadlines and objectives
- Must demonstrate strong self-accountability and a proactive drive for results
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience preferred
- Experience with Trackman, SAM Putt Lab, and club building is highly preferred
