Job Summary
Studio Fitting Specialist at PGA TOUR Superstore focused on delivering world-class golf club fittings and customer service. Responsibilities include performing expert club fittings using Trackman and SAM Putt Lab, entering precise order specifications, maintaining STUDIO area presentation, staying current on promotions, and meeting KPIs (sales targets, sales per hour, booking percentage). Requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and knowledge of golf equipment; minimum education is a high school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of club fitting and golf equipment sales experience preferred. Schedule flexibility to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Location is Scottsdale, AZ; on-site role.
