Job Summary
Curate personalized rider experiences through high-level hospitality and build community by anticipating their needs. Treat the studio as a welcoming party, provide support for instructor check-ins, and assist in first aid situations. Actively drive revenue by upselling class packs, memberships, retail, and shoes while maintaining product knowledge. Assist management with daily tasks, support training new hires, and ensure studio aesthetics and cleanliness are impeccable. Maintain distinct studio culture, clean bikes and weights, and manage common areas including lockers and retail shelves.
Required Qualifications
- at least 3 days of availability week over week, totaling 20 hours
- at least one of those days being a Saturday or Sunday
- available to work peak holiday shifts
- Customer service experience
- The ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- An openness to receiving and delivering feedback
- A natural inclination to complete tasks and perform duties without direction
- A keen eye for detail
