Job Summary
Studio Coordinator (PT) coordinates show preparation and airing processes to ensure each live in-home shopping broadcast runs smoothly and visually engages viewers. Responsibilities include signing out and verifying products per show sheets, ensuring presentation meets visual standards, communicating with the show team to select items for promotion, procuring and organizing props, assisting on-air hosts, ensuring timely return of products to the warehouse, proactively planning for scheduled shows, and anticipating set/display needs. Requires the ability to multi-task, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, proficiency with software, and readiness to work in a 24/7 environment including weekends and overnights. Education: High School diploma or GED required, with BA/BS or AB preferred; one or more years of experience in retail, design, or television. The role also requires physical stamina (standing for extended periods) and headset use. Location: Austin, TX.
