Job Summary
Support studio operations by acting as the primary point of contact for students and staff, managing front desk guidance, inventory, and cleanliness protocols. Coordinate health and safety standards, support the Studio Experience Team with hiring and training, and maintain studio systems including POS and reservation platforms. Teach a minimum of six branded yoga classes weekly and assist with scheduling, subbing, and administrative follow-ups. Work 18-29 hours per week in a flexible schedule to drive membership growth and retail sales.

- Must be flexible with schedule availability within the hourly commitment
- Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to step in to teach class with little to no notice while scheduled in the studio
- Must teach a minimum of 6 classes per week of branded CorePower Yoga classes
- College (BA/BS)
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program
- Yoga Sculpt teacher training
- Familiar and comfortable in studio systems such as the HRIS, intranet, point of sale systems, company scheduling and payroll systems, etc.
- Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize
- College (BA/BS) preferred
