Job Summary
Welcome and greet clients, manage the appointment booking system, and address inquiries regarding services, pricing, and operational policies. Collect client information, update medical history forms, and process payments while verifying insurance details. Maintain a clean front desk, manage inventory of administrative supplies, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow. Handle confidential client records with discretion and assist with marketing efforts such as distributing promotional materials. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned. Work rotational Saturdays in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience preferred
- Social media management experience
- Medical CRM/Zenoti experience is a plus
