Studio Coordinator-North Boulder

Job Summary

Coordinate studio operations and uphold health and safety standards by acting as the primary point of contact for students and staff, managing front desk guidance, and ensuring cleanliness inventory meets CorePower protocols. Support the Studio Manager in driving membership growth, retail sales, and community outreach while teaching a minimum of six branded yoga classes weekly and subbing as needed. Manage the Studio Experience Team by interviewing applicants, scheduling shifts, and training new members on cleanliness expectations and role responsibilities. Liaise between management and teaching teams to coordinate Point of Sales, online reservations, and HRIS systems, while maintaining accurate studio supply levels and addressing facility tickets. Work flexible hours of 18–29 weeks, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure seamless studio coverage.

  • Must be flexible with schedule availability within the hourly commitment
  • Must be able to move around the studio space, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs
  • If certified to teach, must be able to step in to teach class with little to no notice while scheduled in the studio
  • Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Value
  • Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and styles and at different levels of seniority
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven self-starter with ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Excellent Time Management skills
  • Ability to take initiative and prioritize
  • College (BA/BS)
  • Availability must match the needs of the business and leadership zig-zag schedules – morning, evening, weekend and some holiday availability and flexibility required

Desired Qualifications

  • Completion of a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour program
  • Yoga Sculpt teacher training
  • Familiar and comfortable in studio systems such as the HRIS, intranet, point of sale systems, company scheduling and payroll systems, etc.
