Job Summary
Studio Coordinator coordinates show production to ensure correct product airs at the scheduled time and appears visually appealing. Responsibilities include signing out and verifying products per show sheets, ensuring presentation complies with visual standards, communicating with the show team to select items for promotion and verify upcoming airings, procuring and organizing props, assisting on-air hosts, returning products to the warehouse in good condition, proactively planning for scheduled shows, anticipating set/display needs, completing office tasks for full-time status, adhering to the Studio Coordinator Code of Conduct, and supporting the team in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with weekend and overnight availability. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong leadership, communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required, BA/BS or AB preferred
