Job Summary
Deliver engaging workshop experiences and coaching to WeightWatchers members through the weekly behavior-change curriculum; build connections in the community, recruit and retain members, and drive product sales; represent WW at events, develop brand awareness, and foster partnerships while traveling to workshop locations within the territory. Must be able to travel to studio locations, facilitate group sessions, and maintain a flexible, part-time schedule in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Social media savvy or content creator
- Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one
- Excellent at active listening to be able to provide our members with assistance
- Experienced at facilitating a group preferred
- Able to travel to our workshop locations within the territory
- Interested in a flexible, part-time schedule
