Job Summary
Front Desk Receptionist for a full-time Studio City clinic. Responsibilities include warmly greeting clients, managing check-in/check-out and payments, providing information on treatments and promotions, promoting services and memberships, upselling products, scheduling and modifying appointments, answering phones and emails, using booking systems, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk and lobby. Supports with treatment-room transitions, inventory monitoring, and onboarding new team members. Requires weekend availability, strong customer-service aptitude, and proficiency with scheduling software. Salary typically hourly with commission: USD 18-20/hour, with full-time benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend availability required
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Standing for extended periods
- Able to work up to 4 days per week including weekends
