Studio Associate

Studio Associate responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized customer interactions at a Lucid studio. Duties include welcoming guests, gauging customer needs through personalized interactions, maintaining and building a robust customer pipeline, utilizing Salesforce as the CRM to track and manage interactions, conducting test drives, articulating Lucid product benefits, staying informed on competitor models, capturing and advancing leads, addressing customer challenges calmly, ensuring studio assets reflect the Lucid brand, and supporting daily studio operations and local marketing events. Must have exceptional communication and listening skills, a strong drive to provide outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment, and flexibility to work extended hours including holidays and weekends. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred, along with familiarity with CRM tools. Valid driver’s license required with additional considerations for drivers under 21.”,
