Job Summary
Welcome guests with engaging, sincere interactions to gauge their needs and build a robust customer pipeline. Conduct test drives to articulate product benefits while managing challenges cordially. Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, capture leads, and progress guests through the initial Lucid journey. Maintain studio assets consistent with brand image and support local marketing initiatives to build awareness. Act as a critical brand ambassador, offering improvement suggestions for daily operations and remaining available for ad-hoc activities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years
- Successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
- Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Completed, or working towards, Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy and active listening ability
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Conscientious, responsible and reliable
- Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market and competitive landscape
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous retail environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools
