Job Summary
Welcome guests with engaging, courteous, and sincere interactions while demonstrating excitement about Lucid products. Gauge customer needs through personalized questioning, conduct test drives to articulate vehicle features, and manage the pipeline using Salesforce CRM. Act as a critical brand ambassador by educating guests on competitive landscapes and overcoming challenges cordially. Ensure studio assets remain consistent with the brand image, observe operational bottlenecks to suggest improvements, and support ad-hoc activities and local marketing events. Maintain a calm demeanor to resolve customer issues while keeping a keen eye on pain points during daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional people skills including strong oral and written communication, empathy and active listening ability
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Conscientious, responsible and reliable
- Curiosity and passion about electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market and competitive landscape
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous retail environment
- Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year
- Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- Completed, or working towards, Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools a plus
