Studio Assistant - Dronfield

Studio Assistant for Joy in Movement (J.I.M) in Sheffield, UK. You’ll be the first and last point of contact for members, responsible for member experience, community engagement, and keeping the studio running smoothly. Responsibilities include welcoming members by name, assisting with class bookings and inquiries, supporting events and milestones, capturing social media content (Instagram/TikTok), engaging with the local online community in brand voice, handling admin tasks, booking system management (Hapana Core), and assisting with free pass leads and incident reporting.
