Studio Assistant - Derby, College Retail Park

Studio Assistant needed at Derby’s College Retail Park for Joy in Movement (J.I.M). You’ll be the first and last point of contact for members, ensuring a welcoming experience, supporting events and member milestones, and helping with social media content (Instagram/TikTok) and day-to-day studio operations. Responsibilities include welcoming members by name, answering questions about classes and memberships, managing the Hapana Core booking system, filming short content moments (with consent), engaging with the local online community in brand voice, keeping the studio clean and ready between classes, handling check-ins and admin tasks for the Studio Manager, and assisting with lead follow-ups and new member trials. The role requires warmth, strong people skills, a passion for wellness, and comfort with creating content. Part-time, 16 hours/week with flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Location: Derby, College Retail Park. Salary: £12.80 per hour.
