Job Summary
Studio Assistant needed at Consol Tanning for Andover studio. Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. Works with Studio Manager to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe, and operates smoothly. Flexible contract covering days, evenings, and weekends with 20 hours per week; additional hours may be available to cover staff holidays and sickness. Must have customer-facing experience, good communication skills, ability to meet goals, attend mandatory training, and strong time management. In-person role based in Andover, Hampshire, UK, with uncapped commission and staff benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience
- English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills
- Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education
- Ability to attend mandatory training
- Examples of good time management
- Desirable: Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Desirable: Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
- Desirable: Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
