Job Summary
Lead creative direction and execution of e-commerce and wholesale productions from concept to final delivery. Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language aligned with TOTEME's brand identity, art directing visual content across digital channels, editorial, retail, and brand communication. Create layouts and graphic assets for lookbooks, presentations, and other brand materials while conducting visual research, building moodboards, and developing compelling visual narratives. Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with the Creative, Brand, Marketing, Production, and E-commerce teams. Stay informed about developments in fashion, art, photography, and design to bring fresh creative perspectives to the team. Participate in and contribute to TOTEME's social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Art Director
- Experience within the fashion industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing direction and execution across multiple formats
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent skills in visual research, moodboarding, and storytelling
- High level of cultural awareness with an interest in art, fashion, and design — across stills and motion
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Comfortability taking ownership and making creative decisions
- Organization and detail-orientation with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a team setting and value open feedback
- Proactivity and passion about visual innovation
- Full-time availability
