Job Summary
The Studio Advisor at BODYROK is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to studio members and guests, assisting instructors, and fostering a positive environment. Key responsibilities include managing member check-ins, promoting membership sales, and ensuring studio cleanliness. Candidates should have customer service or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a drive for sales success. A High School Diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of sales practices and techniques
- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written
- Must be available to work at least 2 weekend days per month (i.e. 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday, 2 Saturdays, or 2 Sundays)
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of MindBody software experience preferred
- Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance based culture
- Basic computer skills
