Job Summary
Greet members and guests, manage check-in procedures, and tour the facility to drive new enrollments and package sales. Maintain studio cleanliness by managing bathrooms, changing rooms, and general upkeep while handling member service issues like billing changes and electronic funds setup. Promote specials, sell merchandise, and follow up with enrolled members to exceed expectations. Initiate tasks independently without micromanagement, ensuring all sales targets and operational logs are reconciled and reported accurately.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Competitive drive to succeed in commission sales and performance-based culture
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of sales practices and techniques
- Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Friendly, warm, compassionate, and welcoming personality
- Easy to talk to and comfortable around new people
- Must be available to work either a weekly Saturday or a Sunday shift
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
- 1-2 years MindBody software experience
