Job Summary
Act as the primary contact for faculty, staff, and customers during evening and weekend shifts at Boston Ballet School locations. Maintain a welcoming environment by answering phone calls and emails, scheduling trial classes, and collecting tuition. Manage student operations by tracking attendance, processing registrations, and administering nightly adult classes. Support the team by covering schedules, assisting with performances and auditions, and providing technical setup for virtual classes. Work onsite in Boston, Newton, and Brookline, with Saturday availability in Brighton.
