Job Summary
Support families and adolescents in daily life while strengthening parental competence and youth independence. Guide families through crises, conflicts, and challenging situations through professional accompaniment. Collaborate with youth offices, schools, and therapists to prepare, implement, and evaluate help plans. Document work processes and develop pedagogical concepts using inclusive methods. This role requires an accredited university degree in social work, social pedagogy, psychology, or education with a focus on social pedagogy. Experience with children, youth, and families is essential, alongside empathy, resilience, and the ability to create clear structures while maintaining a relational approach. Full-time employment in Leipzig offers a salary aligned with TVÖD SuE, 30 days of vacation, and regular supervision and training.
Required Qualifications
- anerkannten Hochschulabschluss in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Bachelor / Master Soziale Arbeit oder Sozialpädagogik, Diplomsozialarbeiter:in / Diplomsozialpädagog:in, Diplom, Bachelor oder Master Psychologie, Bachelor / Magister / Master Erziehungswissenschaft, Bildungswissenschaft oder Pädagogik, jeweils mit Schwerpunkt Sozialpädagogik/Soziale Arbeit, Gleichwertig anerkannte ausländische sozialpädagogische Hochschulabschlüsse
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien, idealerweise in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe
- Fachliches Verständnis für Inklusion und die Umsetzung von Teilhabechancen
- Empathie, Belastbarkeit und eine stabile, reflektierte Persönlichkeit
- Fähigkeit, klare Strukturen zu schaffen und gleichzeitig beziehungsorientiert zu arbeiten
- Wertschätzende, ressourcenorientierte Haltung gegenüber jungen Menschen und ihren Lebensgeschichten
- Teamfähigkeit sowie Bereitschaft zur Kooperation mit Jugendämtern, Fachstellen und Netzwerkpartnern
