Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day work on international tax planning for multinationals, including advising on IPOs, financing, PPP projects, and investment fund structuring. Support conflict resolution, litigation, and compliance matters while collaborating closely with Corporate M&A and Banking & Finance teams. Participate in client meetings, practice group sessions, and virtual social events during your one-month full-time student stage. Receive a generous stipend with reimbursement for travel and meals, plus potential housing allowance for students from Maastricht, Groningen, Tilburg, and Nijmegen.
