Job Summary
Conduct daily retail operations by managing the game flow, processing bets via the cash system, and engaging customers to enhance their sports experience. Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries while maintaining a friendly atmosphere and resolving issues promptly. Work flexible shift schedules including weekends, requiring full-time availability and the ability to lead the store independently. Hold a valid driver's license, German language proficiency, and a clean criminal record. As a student or career changer, you will contribute to Tipico's mission of creating an engaging atmosphere for fans across Germany.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation (Student einer (Fach-)Hochschule oder Universität)
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Verantwortungsbewusst (bereit, den Laden eigenständig anzuführen)
- Flexibel (bereit im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten und am Wochenende für Deine Einwechslung)
- Kommunikativ (offenes Ohr für Kunden und Phrasen auf Lager)
- Durchsetzungsstark (kühlen Kopf in unübersichtlichen Situationen)
- Spielberechtigt (volljährig und einwandfreies Führungszeugnis)
