Job Summary
Manage the shop floor as a referee, ensuring smooth game flow and handling all betting transactions through the cash system. Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and maintaining relationships to deliver an optimal sports betting experience. Drive store operations independently while managing shifts, including weekends, to keep the venue running. Maintain a cool head in unstructured situations to organize the environment and support the team spirit.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation (Student einer (Fach-)Hochschule oder Universität)
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Spielberechtigt (volljährig und einwandfreies Führungszeugnis)
- Bereit im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten
- Bereit am Wochenende für Deine Einwechslung

- Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in der Gastronomie
- Kundenorientiert (Kontakt mit Kunden und Lösen ihrer Probleme bereitet große Freude)
- Verantwortungsbewusst (Laden eigenständig anzuführen)
