Job Summary
Manage the daily flow of Tipico retail shops by acting as the referee to ensure smooth operations, processing bets carefully through the cash system, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers. Engage guests with sports enthusiasm to build relationships and create an optimal player experience across football, tennis, and basketball events. Maintain a cool head in unstructured situations to keep order while working flexible shifts, including weekends, as a student or recent graduate. Demonstrate responsibility by independently managing the store environment and resolving customer issues with fluent German communication.
Required Qualifications
- Immatrikulation (Student einer (Fach-)Hochschule oder Universität)
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse
- Spielberechtigt (volljährig)
- Einwandfreies Führungszeugnis
- Bereit im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten
- Bereit am Wochenende für Deine Einwechslung

- Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel oder in der Gastronomie
- Leidenschaft für Sport
