Job Summary
Conduct direct conversations to inform people about Non-Profit projects and initiate door-to-door fundraising campaigns. Strengthen public awareness regarding social and ecological issues while continuously improving communication skills through training and feedback. Maintain a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve campaign success. Work flexible days ranging from 80% to 100% across the German-speaking part of Switzerland, with free accommodation provided during shifts. Earn a base daily rate of CHF 210 plus potential bonuses and daily expense allowances.
