Job Summary
Answer phone calls, emails, and chats while serving as the first point of contact for customers and salon partners. Resolve issues and facilitate constructive conversations between clients and partners, utilizing Salesforce, Intercom, and Slack to maintain records. Provide confident support on salon software usage and treatment concerns, offering commercial advice to help partners grow. Work on a 0-uren contract basis with flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays, reporting to the Customer Experience Team Manager. Requires strong communication skills in Dutch and English with an eye for detail and proactive responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, in Dutch and English
- Availability on weekday mornings or evenings and/or on Saturday
- Positive attitude and proactive responsibility for work
- Efficiency while maintaining attention to detail
- Organization and effective daily planning
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and friendly service at every contact moment
- Confidence in handling a large number of customer questions
- Ability to solve problems and facilitate constructive conversations between customers and partners
- Self-assurance in dealing with customer inquiries
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional languages (French, German)
