Job Summary
Conduct individual private lessons for violin, viola, cello, or bass students in grades 4-12, applying instructional methods from degree coursework. Assist students in designated academic subjects, foster educational growth, and identify specific learning needs. Ensure confidentiality of student information while providing excellent customer service to constituents. Maintain a safe, supportive environment and comply with University policies. Work a flexible schedule of 2-5 hours weekly at Waco Hall East, Room GL 29, with pay of $30/hr. Fall and Spring employment is ongoing for eligible music education or performance majors.
Required Qualifications
- String music education majors or string performance majors
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
