Job Summary
Conduct daily administrative support for the Partnership Program by managing email correspondence, preparing mailings, and maintaining organized electronic filing systems. Create and update donor and student records in databases while assisting with weekly fundraising reports and tracking program deadlines. Support communication with students regarding routine needs, help onboard new applicants, and prepare welcome materials. Perform other duties as assigned, including event setup and identifying process improvements. Maintain confidentiality in all financial and student information handling. Requires current Gordon-Conwell student status, strong organizational skills, and comfort with Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- Current Gordon-Conwell student in good academic standing
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential financial and student information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning and using databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently after receiving instruction
- Dependable, professional, and service-oriented
- Commitment to the mission and values of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 20 pounds
- Ability to perform typical office tasks including filing, scanning, mailing, and event setup as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or database systems
- Previous administrative or customer service experience
- Familiarity with donor databases or CRM systems
