Job Summary
Monitor door security and inform staff of any issues, while verifying resident identity and communicating concerns to support personnel. Provide administrative support to residents by managing room access codes, checking out equipment, and maintaining accurate logbooks for maintenance, lost items, and gift registries. Greet visitors with excellent customer service and handle incoming correspondence, messages, and mail. Assist with document preparation, filing, data entry, and organizing common areas while ensuring confidentiality of all information. Enforce Campus Living & Learning policies and procedures, maintaining regular attendance to uphold the safety and security of our residential communities.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Be knowledgeable of on-campus locations and resources
- Minimum of 10 hours & Maximum of 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling
- Scheduling may include some weekends
