Job Summary
Capture and create photo and video content for print and digital marketing, including shooting, editing, and delivering assets for the clinic's social media calendar and community events. Build out the photo and video library while maintaining brand consistency through adherence to guidelines. Assist with various community service projects and enhance outreach for the greater Waco community by providing excellent customer service to constituents. Manage social media content for campaigns and events, ensuring confidentiality of all pertinent information.
Required Qualifications
- Must have Work-Study awarded through Financial Aid
- Must maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA
- Strong writing and speaking skills
- Good eye for detail
- Comfortable working solo with instruction, or as part of a team
- Friendly, professional attitude
- Great customer service instincts
- Good judgment and discretion
- Proactive attitude toward work and problem-solving
- Experience with photography/video editing for social media and websites
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools
- Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Organized

- Self-motivated
- Flexible
- Must be eligible for federal work-study
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
