Job Summary
Support continuous improvement projects by proactively identifying optimization opportunities and implementing practical solutions for manufacturing processes. Assist in analyzing operational workflows to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies, while helping evaluate and deploy new systems, technologies, and digital tools to enhance packaging operations. Help plan and execute facility, equipment, and layout improvement projects, including cleanroom and packaging area redesigns. This role involves working alongside experienced engineers in a highly regulated environment to improve workplace layouts and operational performance. Start date is November 1, 2026, with a duration of up to two years and onsite hours of 10-20 per week.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, AI, or a related field
- Fluency in German
- At least upper-intermediate (B2) level in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proactivity
- Hands-on-mentality
Desired Qualifications
- 3D-printing experience
- Interest in coding / vibe-coding and/or experimenting in AI based process development
