Student Worker - Baylor Volleyball Student Manager assists coaches and student-athletes by providing dependable, detail-oriented support in practices, matches, travel preparation, and behind-the-scenes team operations. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down courts, assisting with drills and player rotations, operating practice technology (video systems, stat software, radar guns), keeping equipment organized and functional, managing balls during warm-ups and match play, supporting visiting team logistics and officials, and helping manage ball kids. Ideal for students pursuing hands-on experience in collegiate athletics, sport management, coaching, or event operations. On-campus role at Ferrell Center in Baylor University, with a pay rate of $9/hr and a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled as a student at Baylor University
- Availability for a flexible schedule including specific practice times (Tuesday/Thursday 7:30am-10:30am; Monday/Friday 2:00pm-5:00pm)
- Willingness to work in Ferrell Center, Waco, TX
