Student Worker - Athletics' Ticket Office - BC

Student Worker for Baylor University’s Athletics Ticket Office at Ferrell Center. Responsibilities include assisting in operations and sales of the Athletic Ticket Office, providing exceptional customer service to customers via incoming calls and emails, conducting outbound sales in collaboration with the Ticket Sales Center, and performing other duties as assigned. Job requires game day event work, including football coverage until halftime; other ticketed sports scheduled based on first-come, first-served. Skills include multitasking, attention to detail, ability to work independently and with others, dependability, strong customer service and interpersonal communication, knowledge of the internet, and the ability to learn and use new software quickly.
