Job Summary
Assist customers and donors in a courteous and professional manner while receiving, sorting, tagging, displaying, and restocking donated merchandise. Organize inventory, supplies, storage areas, and workspaces, and support approved loading, unloading, and material-handling tasks. Help maintain clean, safe, and orderly retail, warehouse, and facility areas, and support basic administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record organization. Assist with approved community events, outreach activities, and special projects as assigned by the supervisor. This part-time Federal Work-Study position offers flexible scheduling up to 15 hours per week for current Ivy Tech students.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Student must have completed the current FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need
- Must be enrolled in at least 1 credit hour of eligible courses
- Maintain an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status
- The student cannot have any incomplete financial aid requirements
