Job Summary
Provide a professional, customer-focused, efficient, and effective Student Wellbeing operational support service to students, prospective students, staff, visitors and external agencies. Serve as the first point of contact for students including those who are disabled or in distress, handling Mental Health, Wellbeing and Disabilities, Harassment and Incident Support, and Spirituality and Faith matters. Manage operational tasks such as front of house, work schedules, timetables, individual exam arrangements, funding collection, student appointments, and triaging sensitive/time-sensitive cases to appropriate teams, while resolving queries efficiently. Demonstrate strong administrative capabilities and IT proficiency (MS Word, Outlook, Teams, and other IT systems) to support the Student Wellbeing function within CU Academic Services.
Required Qualifications
- sound administrative experience within a complex organisation
- excellent IT skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams and other IT systems
