Job Summary
Student Veterinary Nurse role in Ashbourne, Derbyshire. Temporary 36-month fixed-term contract. Under supervision, duties include monitoring anaesthesia, assisting with diagnostic imaging and laboratory procedures, maintaining tubes and drains, aseptic theatre practice, and performing a range of clinical nursing tasks including sample collection, medication administration, and patient care. Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, rota-based, Monday–Friday. Training towards qualification as a Registered Veterinary Nurse with structured development, mentorship, and clear career pathways within the practice.
