Job Summary
Guidance Counselor for a K-12 setting beginning 2026-27 school year. Responsibilities include developing and managing a comprehensive school counseling program addressing academic, career, personal/social development and behavioral supports; promoting student achievement; collaborating with parents/guardians and educators; conducting group and individual counseling; participating in IEPs and related meetings; interpreting a wide array of student data to guide program direction; annual program assessment; maintaining confidentiality; aligning services with district goals and ASCA model framework; provides referrals and coordination with external agencies as needed. Requires a Masters degree in a related field and Wyoming certification/licensure; experience with school-based counseling and program implementation is implied by duties.
