Student Support Services Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate student support services and intervention processes for students requiring additional academic, behavioral, or social-emotional support. Maintain accurate and confidential student support records, track accommodations and intervention plans, assist with compliance and documentation, and prepare reports for administrative review. Facilitate communication between teachers, parents, administrators, and outside service providers; schedule and coordinate student support meetings; collaborate with families to ensure clear communication regarding student needs and progress; support transitions for students entering, exiting, or changing support services. Promote a supportive and inclusive learning environment, identify barriers to student success, and work with counselors, specialists, and community service providers as appropriate. Provide administrative support for student support scheduling and organization and assist with school-wide intervention systems.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in education, counseling, psychology, special education, social work, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, social work, special education, or related field.
