Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School: married couple living on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid training, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; candidates must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be at least 27 years old.
