Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and Chapel attendance, budget oversight and household reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent role to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Candidates must be a legally married couple (both spouses) for at least two years, age 27+, able to relocate to Hershey, PA, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
