Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus at Milton Hershey School, supervising and guiding 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and returning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; requires a legally married couple (both spouses) aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior experience with youth.
