Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes to provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
