Student Support Caregiver - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on a residential campus for Milton Hershey School. Married couples live in on-campus student homes (approximately 8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care, including managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license with certification to drive student vans, eligibility to lead religious activities in a Judeo-Christian context, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol while on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be age 27 or older. This is a two-person role for couples and total compensation includes housing and meals, with salary around $46,917 per person.
