Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-married-spouse team) reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed Houseparent role with a consistent student home assignment.
