Job Summary
Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household routine management for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and lead daily devotions while planning recreational engagements. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social development. Work involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older. Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs required. Salary is $46,917 per person.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED required
