Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside on-campus in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, scheduling, budgeting and reporting, planning and engaging students in developmental and recreational activities, and supporting a structured, family-like living environment. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Relocation assistance provided; benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, PTO, and free housing and meals while on duty.
